Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Unused, unopened items in original packaging qualify for a full refund.
- Because Tensuni is a personal-use wellness device that contacts the skin, opened or used units can only be returned if the item is defective or not as described, for hygiene reasons.
- Items must be returned with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Defective or Damaged Items
If your Tensuni arrives damaged or stops working as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.
How to Start a Return
Email us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions and an address once approved.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
